3. Refund & Returns Policy
Our refund and returns policy is valid for 6 days for physical products only. If 6 days have passed since your purchase of a physical product, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange. Digital products are non-refundable under any circumstances.
4. Eligibility for Returns (Physical Products):
- The item must be undamaged and in the same condition as when you received it.
- The item should be in its original packaging.
- The seal sticker with signature should remain intact, and the serial number must match. If either is removed or tampered with, no return will be accepted.

6. Return Process (Physical Products):
To complete your return for eligible physical products, we require the receipt or proof of purchase. Additionally:
- Please ensure you take an unopened video when you receive the parcel. If there is an issue, this video will help us process your return or exchange. Without the video, no return or exchange will be accepted.
7. Pre-Owned Games:
- We provide a 12-hour functionality warranty for pre-owned games after delivery.
- Each disc is stamped with our logo to facilitate returns and prevent misuse. Returns or replacements will only be processed if the stamp remains untampered.
- If the product is faulty, we will arrange a pickup, test it, and provide a replacement if needed.
- If the item is fully functional, it will be returned to you, and you will be responsible for shipping charges.
Replacements for Pre-Owned Consoles
Our replacement policy is valid for 6 days from the delivery date. Customers can request a replacement for pre-owned consoles if the product is damaged on arrival, arrives in damaged condition, or is a miss-shipment (wrong product). To process your return or replacement, you must take a video before opening the package.
8. Warranty for Pre-Owned Consoles:
We offer a 6-day testing warranty for pre-owned consoles. If you encounter any issues within this period, you can return the item for a replacement or free repair (if a replacement is unavailable).
Important Note:
- Every pre-owned console, controller, or product comes with a warranty label sticker that includes the date and our signature. If this sticker is tampered with, removed, or missing, no return, no exchange, or no replacement will be accepted.
- If you receive an item without the warranty label or sticker, you must notify us immediately via WhatsApp after receiving it. An unboxing video is mandatory when opening the package.
Restocking Fee for Misrepresentation:
allkeys.in reserves the right to test all “damaged on arrival” returns and may impose a restocking fee of 20-25% of the product’s sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product.
- Misuse or tampering by the customer, missing parts, or a mismatch of serial numbers will result in a higher restocking fee. This fee will depend on the condition of the product upon return.

9. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we’ve received your return. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

10. What to Do if You Receive an Incorrect or Faulty Product

- Take a video before opening the package. This video is required to process your return or replacement request.
- Contact us immediately with your order number and a description of the issue. We will investigate the matter and assist you further.
Return Policy for Faulty or Incorrect Products
- Defective or Damaged Products: We accept returns only if the product is defective or damaged. We do not accept returns if the wrong product was selected by the customer.
- Return Process: If reverse pick-up cannot be arranged due to operational restrictions, you will be responsible for shipping the faulty product back to our store address at your own cost.

- Restocking Fee for Wrong Selection: If the wrong product was selected by the customer, the return request may be discretionary and subject to a restocking fee of 10%-25% of the product’s price.

11. Order Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order at any time before shipment by reaching out to us through WhatsApp or by phone.
For prepaid orders that are canceled prior to dispatch, a non-refundable processing fee of 3.99% (inclusive of applicable taxes) will be applied, regardless of the payment method used. This fee is necessary to cover processing costs.
However, if the cancellation is due to an error on our part, such as an out-of-stock product or any issue caused by allkeys, this processing fee will be waived.
